Dataix is a forensic revenue integrity firm. We find money that health systems have already earned and cannot see. We are a small team doing work that has never been done before at this speed or this precision.
The work is genuinely hard. We reconcile three data streams — clinical delivery records, billing ledgers, and payer remittance files — at the individual account level across organizations that process tens of thousands of transactions per month. Every gap we find has a dollar value attached to it, a root cause traceable to a specific system failure, and a recovery action that someone at the client organization can execute. The work is precise, consequential, and the output is always a document that changes what a CFO or board can see.
Dataix was built by three people who spent years watching healthcare organizations leave significant revenue on the table — not from negligence, but because no tool existed to surface it. One of us worked inside health system operations and watched billing gaps accumulate after every acquisition without anyone measuring them. One of us came from financial advisory work where the question was always the same: what does this organization actually collect versus what it earns. One of us built the data infrastructure that makes the answer possible in hours instead of months.
We are not a software company that stumbled into healthcare. We are not a consulting firm that built a tool on the side. We built Dataix because the gap between what healthcare organizations earn and what they collect is real, measurable, and largely ignored. That bothered us. So we built the engine to measure it.
We are early stage. Every person who joins shapes what this firm becomes — how it presents itself, how it operates, what it builds next. There are no rigid job descriptions and no established playbooks. If you want to work somewhere where the problems are unsolved and the decisions you make in the first year will matter for the next decade, this is that place.
